SOMERSET STAGES RALLY - SATURDAY 26TH APRIL 2008

Once again Minehead motor club and Burnham on sea motor club have
joined forces to promote the Somerset stages rally, sponsored by
Betta Aquatic products. We will be running some 45 stage miles in
and around Minehead including the infamous Porlock hill toll road.
This rally is also a round of BTRDA rally championship and also the
Silkolene championship and others.
We would very much appreciate it if you could put this information
into your next newsletter and to tell your club members as we are
looking for marshals, radio crews and time keepers to help run the
event.
This years event for the very first time will be based in Butlins,
Minehead including service area, signing on etc. With this in mind
we have put together, with Butlins, a very special marshals package.
Based on 4 adults sharing, on a single night basis of b&b you can
pay only £30 pppn and will have the use of all the facilities that
Butlins have to offer. If you wish to book the whole wee-end from
the Friday to Monday the cost of self catering will be £59 pp. This
is an adults only week-end at Butlins so unfortunately people under
the age of 18 will not be allowed to stay. This is a 70's disco
week-end and there will be the likes of Boney M, Rolls Royce and
Heatwave to name a few.
